Welcome to Elizabeth Shanahan Fine Art! I hope my policies are clear and answer any questions you might have, but if not, please feel free to contact me directly.

Shipping

My official policy is that regular items will ship within five days simply because I'm a working mom and this gives me a little wiggle room in case things get hectic. However, most of the time I will ship more promptly than this, and I am willing and able to work with you, so if you need something for a specific date, just check with me ahead of time. For custom items, please check with me.

I will provide tracking numbers and insurance.

Please keep in mind that some larger items must be shipped using special services and therefore may not ship internationally.

Refunds

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

If you accidentally receive something that isn't what you expected, let me know and I'll replace it or you can ship it back for a refund of the price, but I unfortunately cannot cover return shipping costs at this time.

If you receive an item that is damaged or your order is lost in transit, it will be covered by insurance and refunded.

Additional

I do hold open studios and attend shows. If there is a piece you're interested in but would like to see it in person, check with me. I'll either let you know what shows I have coming up or set up a time for you to visit the studio.
